St Nicholas Abbey & Railway
This historic monument and rum distillery was built in 1658 by Benjamin Berringer and is currently one of the only three genuine Jacobean mansions in the Western Hemisphere. Here you can view the steam mill in action, have a taste of fresh sugar cane, attend a rum tasting or just explore. They have also recently added a new attraction, the Heritage Railway. The steam locomotive takes you around the plantation grounds stopping at Cherry Tree Hill where you can admire the incredible view.
